These BW1500 Vee drive transmissions are represented to be in used working condition, The V-Drive gears were removed from a 124' Hydrofoil Vessel MV Crown Islander. The vessel was built in 1970 and was powered by two 20 cylinder MTU's rated at 3,400 BHP continuous. The vessel was moved to Texas and was scrapped. These gears have been in our yard for about 20 years.
The gears are hydraulically operated and are controlled pneumatically.
